Workouts for snowboarding
In particular, the exercise workouts for snowboarding that we feature ensure you have flexibility, balance, core strength and stamina - this will help get you down the piste all week long!!
We have not set out a particular exercise workout for snowboarding (we have our fitness programs set out based on your skiing or snowboarding proficiency level) however we have divided the specific exercises into distinct categories as you can see below. So with a great pre-season workout program in place, watch your your snowboarding technique and riding skills see a big improvement.
