If you're looking to ski in the Czech Republic, then you can look forward to a value for money break, but one that's best for intermediate and advanced skiers and boarders. That aside, you can get a skiing and snowboarding holiday here!
Skiing Holidays in Czech Republic
Ski the Czech Republic and you will get value for money, but you won't get the sophistication or convenience of other European ski resorts. There are more established ski resorts like Spindleruv Mlyn and Harrachov in the Northern Krkonose mountains and these offer couples, groups or skiers and boarders something a little different! But be warned, that there are a lot fewer slopes with limited variation - especially for more advanced skiers and boarders.
The Czech Republic does not offer the huge number of resorts on offer elsewhere, however with operators waking up to the value for money on offer, more and more people are heading to Eastern Europe slopes. Ski accommodation is varied but there seems to be a good spattering of half board hotels, self catering and apartments in the resorts we review. There's also some live après-ski and traditional restaurants and bars.
