On the slopes
There is plenty to do when you ski Bohinj as the resort itself has over 58kms of pistes with a run of 6km for those who want to get the most out of their downhill experience. Since the resort shares the trails of Kobla and Vogel there are plenty of slopes for all skiing levels. For skiing and snowboarding beginners the ski resort accesses the Kobla region which is predominantly for experts and advanced skiers with a few beginner trails.
Conversely, the Vogel region of the Bohinj ski resort offers mostly beginners paths but has a few scattered paths for other skill levels. For this reason many people enjoy skiing here since there is something for everyone and the area is well connected and easily travelled due to a wide variety of lifts and cable cars that link the trails. Additionally, snowboarders are welcome on the trails as well as those who are looking for a great cross country experience as there are also 21kms of cross country trails.
