On the slopes
So when you choose ski holidays in Lillehammer - you can ski either at Hafjell (just 15 minutes away) or Kvitfjell - it is 50km from Lillehammer, but amidst its 30km of pistes you'll find more demanding terrain and the Olympic downhill for experts. Hafjell is more family friendly, and with 14 lifts servicing 23 slopes, and 40km of skiable terrain, it has a reasonable variety of skiing. Although the slopes only rise to 1030m, low temperatures throughout the winter ensure that the resort always has snow.
