Turin is just a 90-minute train ride away, so access is quick and easy, and it's just a quick drive to both the Trois Vallées and the Milky Way area.

Intermediates will enjoy the many red runs, while experts will find 6 black slopes and plenty of guided off-piste skiing. Snowboarders will also enjoy it here - the pistes of Bardonecchia were chosen for many of the Olympic snowboard events, with lots of steep red and blue slopes.

Off the slopes
Bardonecchia is a large town with lots of great eating options, a wide variety of accommodation, and lively après-ski. Just about everything you need is right there. If you fancy a day away from the slopes you can easily visit Turin, just 90 minutes away - however, the easy access from the city means the resort can get crowded at weekends. Overall this is a child-friendly resort with all the ambience you would expect from an Italian ski town.
