There's a good lift system, and with its high altitude and widespread snowmaking faculties, there is almost always top-class snow. Advanced skiers will want to head off-piste for some steep, challenging terrain, while boarders will enjoy the off-piste, even though they don't have any territory of their own. There are also good facilities for beginners.
