Other Resorts

If you want great skiing, food, drink and apres ski then Italy could be the place for you. Add to the mix that it is also good value for money, particularly as many of the low cost airlines fly here, you can see why it is still so popular with many British skiers.

Italy has many large ski areas that offer a great number of ski resorts, all on the same ski pass. the best example of this is the Dolomiti Superski which is made up of 11 resorts and is one of the largest ski areas in the world. One lift pass here means you can ski 1200 km of piste.

There are other resorts in Italy which we put under 'other',resorts like Madesimo and San Cassiano. these resorts are well worth a visit, they just wont give you the diversity and scope of the larger ski areas.

How to Choose a Ski Area

Getting the right ski area is all about deciding exactly what it is you want from your ski holiday. If you are in Italy for a two week holiday then the Dolomiti Superski may be the place for you. If however you only have a spare weekend to ski, a small resort may be all you need. Check out our resort reviews to help you make your decision.
