Where
If you want to ski Les Carroz, did you know that it's connected to the nearby purpose-built ski resort of Flaine (the more family friendly one) with plenty of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy post skiing. Geneva & Chambéry airports are very close by for easy ski transfers. Prices are reasonable here, and with excellent beginner terrain and a good ski school, kids will love it.

On the slopes
Ski Les Carroz and you'll probably be blessed with consistently good snow conditions and will probably also enjoy early and late snow for skiing and boarding. Intermediates will enjoy the whole area, particularly the runs down to Les Carroz ski resort itself. For beginners there are some long green runs in the Flaine bowl, and lots of gentle blues. Experts should explore the crevasses of the Flaine bowl, the narrow moguls of the Diamant Noir, or the ominous 45-degree slopes of the Styx Piste! Boarders will find a big terrain park in Aujon, Flaine, and another in Samoens.
Ski area :
If you Ski Les Carroz you are also in the ski region of Grand Massif along with the following resorts; Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns
.
Off the slopes
A traditional village surrounded by wooded slopes, this is a relaxed, family-friendly place. Though the après-ski isn't spectacular, there are plenty of restaurants and bars, and three clubs for the late night crowd. Prices are reasonable, and you'll find a variety of choices for eating out to suit all tastes. Away from the slopes, other activities include tobogganing, floodlit skiing, hot air ballooning and a cinema.
