On the slopes

Given the fact that there are five ski areas when you ski Argentière, there are more than enough slopes for skiing and snowboarding whatever your ability. Best known for its challenging expert trails, there really is somethgin for everyone. In fact, it is often considered the best ski resort in the entire world for expert skiers since it has 14 expert trails over 155km of pistes with stunning views to match the stunning thrill of gliding down them.

As mentioned there are other options since the range is made up of five ski areas with 36 beginner slopes and 31 advanced trails throughout the Argentière ski area. Snowboarders also welcome the challenges of the resort with two parks as well for tricks. There are 20 chairs throughout the park and five gondolas but beware, a few of them require money to take in between mountains so you will not want to head up the slopes empty handed. There's also night skiing available, but the slopes do get tracked out so it can be touch and go to try out.

Ski area :

If you ski Argentière you are also in the ski region of the Chamonix Valley along with the following resorts; Argentière, Chamonix, Le Tour, Les Houches .

Off the slopes

Due to the 12 small villages surrounding the mountains around the Argentière ski resort there are plenty of après ski activities to take part in if you need to spend some time off the slopes. The town of Chamonix in particular has plenty of bars, nightclubs, and discotheques to keep everyone entertained every day of the week. There are also plenty of restaurants for those who want to make sure to get some French cuisine while on holiday and plenty of large and small budget stores around the towns as well.
