On the slopes
Great skiing is the order of the day when you take ski holidays in Kitzbühel. Beginners should take the gondola to the easy slopes at Kitzbüheler Horn, while intermediates will enjoy the wide-open spaces of Pass Thurn. For advanced skiers there are steep challenges at Ehrenbachgraben, plus of course the legendary Hahnenkamm! There's also some great off-piste challenges. Boarders can head to the snow park at the Kitzbühler Horn, or enjoy the free-riding in the Bichlalm area.

Off the slopes
Eating options are plentiful, with Jagerwurzhutte and Panorama-Alm at Pass Thurn popular for lunch, as is the restaurant at Pengelstein. Restaurants in town range from burger bars to gourmet dining at the Unterberger Stuben. Simply wander the pedestrianised streets for a great selection of restaurants and cafés. The après-ski scene is lively, starting early and continuing into the early hours. Popular local bars include the Londoner, Flugel, and Jagermeister, while Take 5 and the Olympia lead the array of clubs.
