When you're after early snow ski holidays and ski resorts, there's a few that you need to count in straight away and a few that you can discount (usually due to low altitude). The best early snow ski holidays in recent years in North America have been predominantly Colorado and West Coast, whilst in Europe the highest resorts, as always, capitalise n their good snow.
