Skiing workouts

Our specific skiing exercise workout section will simply highlight areas that are more important for you skiers out there rather than boarders. In particular, as with snowboarding, we look at combining flexibility, balance, core strength and stamina as part of your workouts.

Whilst there are lots of skiing exercise program ideas, we've not set out a particular exercise workout as such, (check our fitness programs where you can chop and choose which exervcises you want to have in your workout). So with a great pre-season period, your skiing technique and skills should see an improvement.
